The Brief
A double-storey dental clinic on Sialkot Road for Dr. Shahid Aman Rathore, with interior design, MEP and turnkey site management by Zawiya. Natural stone, moss walls and linear lighting create a calm, biophilic wellness space.
For a 2,200 SQFT project in Sialkot Road, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
Every space was modelled, rendered, and specified so the client could approve with confidence — proof that premium design travels.
