Project engagements
Submitting an inquiry through this site does not create a client relationship or contractual obligation. Scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables for any architecture, interior design, BIM, or construction engagement are set out separately in a signed proposal or agreement between Zawiya Design & Construction and the client, which takes precedence over anything described on this website.
Intellectual property
Designs, drawings, renders, and BIM models produced by Zawiya Design & Construction remain our intellectual property until fully transferred under the terms of a signed client agreement. Website content, logos, and branding remain the property of Zawiya Design & Construction.
Limitation of liability
This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Zawiya Design & Construction is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of information published here; formal project advice is only given through direct engagement.
