A 1-Kanal home for Mr. Jalees Meer at 16-B, Phase 3, Garden Town, Gujranwala, with architecture, interiors and MEP by Zawiya, centred on a double-height lounge with vertical paneling, full-height glazing and feature lighting.

For a 4,500 SQFT project in 16-B, Phase 3, Garden Town Housing, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
