The Brief
A hair transplant clinic in Canal View Housing Society, with interior design and MEP by Zawiya. Warm earthy tones, fluted wall panels and sleek custom furniture create a calm, medical-spa feel.
For a 1,400 SQFT project in Canal View Housing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
Every space was modelled, rendered, and specified so the client could approve with confidence — proof that premium design travels.
