Designed by Zawiya Design & Construction for Mr. Farooq Butt at House 58-G1, these modern en-suite washroom designs for a 10-Marla residence showcase sleek interior space planning, premium tile selection, custom floating vanities, ambient LED lighting, and high-end fixture settings for a clean, luxury spa aesthetic.

For a 2,250 SQFT project in 58-G1, Phase 3, Garden Town Housing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
