A modern IT office across the second and third floors (1,400 sq. ft. each) of a Satellite Town building, with interior design and MEP by Zawiya, combining exposed concrete textures, linear lighting and green moss walls.
For a 3,200 SQFT project in Satellite Town, Gujranwlaa , Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
