A modern basement drawing and dining suite in Mr. Jalees Meer's 1-Kanal home at 16-B, Phase 3, Garden Town, Gujranwala, with mood-lit paneling and custom joinery designed by Zawiya for entertaining.
For a 4,500 SQFT project in 16-B, Phase 3, Garden Town Housing. , Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
