At its core lies an open-to-sky central verandah, complemented by a ground-floor layout comprising a formal drawing room, a spacious kitchen, family living, and one bedroom.

For a 2,950 SQFT project in Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
