A 10-Marla neoclassical home for Mr. Shehreyar at 229-G1, Phase 3, Garden Town, with ornate arches, carved balustrades, wrought-iron balconies and mosaic motifs, designed by Zawiya with 5 bedrooms and 2 lounges.
For a 2,250 SQFT project in 229-G1, Phase 3, Garden Town Housing, Gujranwala., Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
