A 15-Marla classic residence for Mr. Numan at Plot 49, Miraj City, Daska, built by Zawiya, with double-height Corinthian columns, relief panels on the boundary wall, balustrade parapets and dark Spanish roof tiles.

For this project in Daska, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
