A 10,000 sq. ft. French Provincial home for Mr. Jawaid Naeem, with light-tan brick, an arched stone entry, traditional gables and paired windows, offering reception galleries, open family lounges and upper-floor master suites.
For a 10,000 SQFT project in Milton, GA, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
