A 1-Kanal contemporary residence for Mr. Abdullah Bashir at Plot 501 Neelum, DC Colony, with travertine cladding, vertical profile lighting and warm wood accents, designed by Zawiya with integrated architecture, structure and MEP.

For a 4,500 SQFT project in 501-Neelum, Garden Town Housing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
