A 10-Marla neoclassical villa for Mr. Atif Mughal at 170-C, Phase 3, Garden Town, with architecture and MEP by Zawiya, featuring a grand arched facade, stone cladding and a 5-bedroom layout.
For a 2,250 SQFT project in 170-C, Garden Town Housing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
