The Brief
A modern elevation renovation of Mr. Arslan's 10-Marla home near Dadurji, Sialkot, with charcoal framing, vertical wood louvres and LED profile lighting, plus architectural remodelling, interior design and MEP by Zawiya.
For a 2,800 SQFT project in Daburji, Sialkot, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
