Beautification of Satellite Town

An urban planning project for Satellite Town, Gujranwala's main commercial hub, commissioned by government officials. Roads were widened, car-free pedestrian zones introduced, and streetscapes and parks redesigned to create a walkable civic destination.

For this project in Satellite Town, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
