Gujranwala Clock Tower Restoration & Urban Revitalization

Commissioned by the Government of Punjab, this project restores Gujranwala's historic Clock Tower (Ghanta Ghar) and redesigns the surrounding plaza with brick conservation, pedestrian zones, modern streetscapes and standardised commercial facades.

For a 5,200 SQFT project in Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
