Gujranwala Clock Tower Restoration & Urban Revitalization

A prestigious public sector initiative commissioned by the Government of Punjab, Zawiya Design & Construction spearheaded the architectural restoration of the historic Gujranwala Clock Tower (Ghanta Ghar) alongside a comprehensive urban redesign of the surrounding plaza. The project revitalizes this iconic heritage monument with structural restoration, brick facade conservation, organized traffic pedestrianization, modern streetscapes, and standardized commercial facades to uplift the civic heart of Gujranwala.

For a 5,200 SQFT project in Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
