The Brief
A 1-kanal renovation near Kamoke that turns an existing house into a modern-classical home, with double-height pillars, a glass balcony and terracotta roof tiles, plus architectural redesign, structural retrofitting and MEP by Zawiya.
For a 5,499 SQFT project in Klaaske, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
