A 12-marla neoclassical corner plaza for Mr. Nasir with a basement and three floors, arched openings, relief work, pilasters and a signature corner wall clock, designed to house the Cocomelon kids' flagship store.

For a 2,700 SQFT project in Dastageer Road, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
