The Brief
A 12-marla, 3-storey Roman neoclassical plaza for Mr. Imtiaz Sharif, with fluted Corinthian pillars, arched bronze-tinted glass and an ornate roof crown, offering a ground floor for retail and column-free upper floors for offices.
For a 2,700 SQFT project in Ali Pur Chatha, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
