The 30-A Romanesque House

This 10-marla, double-storey luxury home showcases elegant Romanesque and Spanish architecture custom-designed for Mr. Asheer. The facade features towering arched windows, detailed classical moldings, and an upper-level arched balcony. Zawiya Design & Construction provided complete architecture, MEP engineering, and premium interior design services for this modern residence.

For a 2,500 SQFT project in Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
