A 10-Marla modern villa for Mr. Mushtaq at Plot 83-C, Grand City Kharian, with charcoal stone frames, bronze accents and black marble. Zawiya provided architecture, interiors and MEP for 5 bedrooms, 2 lounges and 2 kitchens.
For a 2,250 SQFT project in 83-C, Grand City, Kharian, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
