A double-storey Spanish Revival home for Mr. Kashif, with stone cladding, dark-tiled roofs, arched balconies and calligraphy panels, offering 5 bedrooms with attached baths, 2 lounges and 2 kitchens.
For a 2,250 SQFT project in Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
