The Brief
A 10-Marla modern villa for Mr. Mehmood Bajwa near JDIHS, Jinnah Road, Gujranwala, with grooved plaster, stacked stone, grey panels and a double-height window. Zawiya provided architecture, structure, interiors and MEP.
For a 2,800 SQFT project in Jinnah Road, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
