The Brief
A 10-marla double-storey residence in Spanish Revival and neo-classical style, with a monumental arched window between columns and carved floral plaster mouldings, housing 4 bedrooms, 2 lounges, a kitchen and a covered carport.
For a 2,248 SQFT project in C5 Block, DHA, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
