Interior design for Mr. Kamran's 4-kanal Beaux-Arts inspired villa, with curved window bays, a double-height foyer and open living zones, plus custom ceiling mouldings, luxury materials, ambient lighting and fine woodwork by Zawiya.

For a 18,000 SQFT project in 23 J R Rd NE, Cartersville, GA 30121, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
