The Cartersville Crown Villa – Architecture

A 4-kanal Beaux-Arts inspired villa for Mr. Kamran, with twin curved bays under dark domes, a Corinthian portico and a circular upper terrace, delivered by Zawiya with architecture, MEP and interior design.

For a 18,000 SQFT project in 23 J R Rd NE, Cartersville, GA 30121, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
