A 12-marla, 3-storey commercial building for Mr. Nasir with charcoal cladding, a triple-height glass storefront and a vertical neon sign, housing a casual dining restaurant on the ground floor and a gym on the upper floors.

For a 2,700 SQFT project in Satellite Town, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
