A 14-marla commercial plaza across two plots, with an industrial-modern red-brick frame, linear glass storefronts, cascading planters and a top-floor wooden louvre screen, offering flexible open floors for offices, showrooms or tech hubs.
For a 3,150 SQFT project in Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
