The Brief
A 10-marla Spanish Revival and neo-classical corner home for Mr. Farhan Iqbal, with arched balconies, plaster pilasters and a lit boundary wall, delivered by Zawiya with architecture, interiors, structure and MEP.
For a 2,250 SQFT project in Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
