A 1-kanal modern villa in Lake City, Lahore, with rustic stone, geometric frames and warm wood, offering a double-height lobby, 5 en-suite bedrooms, two lounges, kitchens on both floors and front and back terraces.
For a 5,500 SQFT project in Lahore, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
