The Glass Porta

A 7-marla commercial building for Mr. Rizwan Ahmad that pairs a monumental stone arch and pillars with reflective glass, with a basement, four floors, a glass ground-floor storefront and independent office levels.

For a 1,575 SQFT project in 90-GC-II, Garden Town Housing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
