The Gondal Tower

A 15-marla multi-storey corporate building for Mr. Gondal with a neo-classical facade of textured masonry grooves, classical window frames and a full-height signage panel, offering open office floors and ground-floor retail.

For a 3,375 SQFT project in G2, Garden Town Housing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
