A 10-Marla luxury villa for Mr. Fayaz at 268-H, Phase 2, Garden Town, Gujranwala, with neo-classical framing, Islamic geometric jali motifs and arched windows, designed by Zawiya with architecture, interiors and MEP.
For a 2,250 SQFT project in 268-H, Phase 2, Garden Town Housing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
