The Brief
A 10-Marla ultra-modern home for Mr. John at 118-G1, Phase 3, Garden Town, with travertine cladding, textured stone blocks and brass inlay on charcoal. Zawiya provided architecture, interiors and MEP for 5 bedrooms and 2 lounges.
For a 2,250 SQFT project in 118-G1, Phase 3, Garden Town Housing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
