The Brief
A 10-Marla contemporary home for Mr. Asjad at 319-G, Citi Housing, Sialkot, with slate framing, wooden soffits, vertical LED lighting and double-height glazing. Zawiya provided architecture, interiors and MEP for 4 bedrooms and 2 lounges.
For a 2,250 SQFT project in 319-G, Citi Housing, Sialkot, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
