The Brief
A 10-Marla corner villa for Mr. Meer Paras at Sharjah City, Sialkot Road, Gujranwala, with diagonal grooves, a cantilevered window frame, 3D wall panels and glass balconies, designed by Zawiya with full architecture, structure, interiors and MEP.
For a 2,250 SQFT project in Sharjah City, Silkot Rd, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
