A 10-Marla modern villa for Mr. Umair at 428-B, Phase 3, Garden Town, Gujranwala, with rounded-arch windows, dark wood louvres, backlit niches and a glass balcony, designed by Zawiya with architecture, structure and MEP.
For a 2,250 SQFT project in 428-B, Phase 3, Garden Town Housing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
