A 10-Marla contemporary home for Mr. Khalil at 38-D, Phase 2, Garden Town, with dark box frames, textured concrete, wood louvres and a double-height window, designed by Zawiya with 5 bedrooms, 2 lounges and 2 kitchens.
For a 2,250 SQFT project in 38-D, Garden Town Housing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
