A 10-Marla home renovation for Mr. Arshad at 211-C, Sialkot Road, Gujranwala, with architecture, structure, interiors and MEP by Zawiya. Diagonal wood-grain paneling, textured stucco and a cantilevered balcony frame define the new elevation.

For a 2,800 SQFT project in Sialkot Road, near Chandni Pan Shop, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
