The Brief
A 10-Marla modern villa for Mr. Jamshed at 32-D, Garden Town, Gujranwala, with a white box cantilever, geometric jali screen and full-height glazing, designed by Zawiya with architecture, structure, interiors and MEP.
For a 2,250 SQFT project in 32/A-D, garden Town Housing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
