A 10-Marla ultra-modern home for Dr. Abdul Rehman at 180-C, Phase 3, Garden Town, Gujranwala, with a geometric jaali screen, wood louvres and glass balustrades, designed by Zawiya with 5 bedrooms, 2 lounges and 2 kitchens.
For a 2,249 SQFT project in 180-C, Phase 3, Garden Town Housing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
