The Brief
A 3-kanal, double-storey neoclassical marquee for Mr. Riaz, with Corinthian columns, a double-height arched entrance and wrought-iron detailing, offering column-free banquet halls on both floors, bridal suites and a front reception courtyard.
For a 13,500 SQFT project in GT Road, Near Pindi Bypass, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
