A 10-Marla modern villa for Mr. Idrees at 160-C, Phase 3, Garden Town, Gujranwala, with white massing, grey travertine-look cladding and dark cantilevered frames, designed by Zawiya with full architecture, structure, interiors and MEP.
For a 2,250 SQFT project in 160-C, Phase 3, Garden Town Housing, Gujrawnala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
