The Brief
An 8-marla Roman-Renaissance building for Mr. Zubair Aslam, with Corinthian columns, pediment window crowns and a split-level entrance stair to a semi-basement and raised ground floor, offering column-free showroom or office space.
For a 1,600 SQFT project in Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
