The Terracotta Tower

An 11-marla, five-level mixed-use building for Mr. Qaiser Nawaz, with a facade of terracotta brickwork, vertical timber louvres, recessed arches and a roof terrace, housing a basement, two retail floors and top-floor executive apartments.

For a 2,400 SQFT project in 72 & 73-DC-III, Garden Town Housing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
