A 4-marla neo-classical corner plaza for Mr. Mohsin Virk, with a multi-tier corner glass grid, pilasters and rustication lines, housing a ground-floor retail showroom and flexible upper floors for offices.

For a 900 SQFT project in Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
