Delivered specialized MEP design and 3D visualization services for the Mini-Maison project, focused on optimizing electrical and plumbing layouts within a compact residential framework. The scope involved developing two distinct 2D design options per discipline before translating the finalized schemes into clash-free, isometric 3D plan views, ensuring clean service routing, seamless spatial coordination, and clear visual documentation for implementation.
For this project, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
