Executed an LOD 300 As-Built BIM update for the Perth Stadium Electrical Precinct in Western Australia, accurately aligning legacy engineering models with site redlines, IFC datasets, and surrounding landscape context. The project involved standardizing family taxonomies, configuring dynamic schedules, upgrading assets to Revit 2027, and generating federated Navisworks exports. Completed under stringent QA standards, the final scope delivered fully synchronized Revit models, verified 2D drawing sets, and updated landscape files optimized for ongoing facility operations.
