A perfect extension of the home's contemporary design, this wellness space features state-of-the-art layout planning, premium rubberized athletic flooring, customized mirrors, and a striking architectural ceiling with recessed linear LED lighting. It redefines private, luxury fitness at home.

For a 9,000 SQFT project in 282 & 283, Satluj Block, DC Colony, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
