A basement home gym in Malik Tariq's 2-Kanal villa at Plot 282-283, Sutlej Block, DC Colony, with rubber athletic flooring, custom mirrors and a ceiling of recessed linear LED lights, designed by Zawiya.

For a 9,000 SQFT project in 282 & 283, Satluj Block, DC Colony, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
